The Bachelor of Science degree program prepares students for professional careers and/or advanced academic study in addiction counseling and prevention. Majors must complete 39 credit hours in addiction counseling education, and two internship experiences (ABCP 425) requiring 150 hours each are required. The program is designed to meet the education requirements of the Addictive Disorders Regulatory Authority (ADRA).
