Leadership

The leadership certificate is open to all undergraduate main campus students selected for the Leadership Southwestern Service-Learning Team. It is a complementary body of study and experience that helps prepare a student for effective and ethical leadership by building knowledge and skills in leadership behaviors, emotional intelligence, collaboration, followership, and awareness of external factors which affect leadership systems.
