Writing

Three of the required courses for the major–Creative Writing: Fiction and Nonfiction (WRI 301), Creative Writing: Poetry (WRI 302), and Introduction to Professional and Technical Writing (WRI 310)--establish foundational knowledge of creative and professional genre conventions, rhetorical approaches, and constructive criticism.
