Building Construction Technology

Students will receive instruction in sustainable building and design, print reading, building codes, estimating, construction materials and methods, and other topics related to design and construction occupations. Graduates will be able to apply technical knowledge and skills to residential and commercial building construction and remodeling. Graduates should qualify for employment opportunities as a carpenter, contractor, construction supervisor, and other construction trades professions.
