Residency Licensure - Special Education

The Special Education Residency Certificate program provides a course of study leading to the pedagogical competencies needed to become certified to teach Special Education through the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. The curriculum includes coursework in learning theory, instructional technology, school policies and procedures, assessment, data-informed instructional practice, and classroom management.
