Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant Certificate program at SUNY Sullivan prepares individuals for work in doctors’ offices, medical centers, clinics and other health care facilities. Students will learn how to perform routine administrative, clinical, and laboratory tasks which allow these facilities to run efficiently. Students will study medical office administration and procedures as well as acquire the more specialized medical knowledge and skills needed to assist with many facets of patient care.
