Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics provides a broad liberal arts foundation in the area of mathematical study. Students are introduced to mathematical topics, principles and foundational preparation that will assist with graduate school entry and/or entry into professional fields. The curriculum emphasizes computing and mathematical modeling.
