Culinary Management

This program provides content and skills needed to prepare for further education and careers in the food and beverage industry, with emphasis on Culinary Management, Culinary Arts, and Chef Apprentice education. Students receive intensive practical instruction in food preparation and presentation and are prepared to enter the culinary workforce, including roles as Professional Chef and Food and Beverage Manager.
