Leadership

The MAL is designed to prepare students for specialized vocational ministry roles in which the MDiv is not a requirement, as well as non-ministry leadership positions. The degree provides a broad foundation in theology, ethics and leadership, as well as focused study in areas specific to a chosen vocation or career path.
