Health and Physical Education, Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Total Credits: 34 - 105. Minimum GPA must be >= 2.5. Program A or B must be verified prior to submitting student teaching application. PROGRAM OPTION A - Physical Education Only (34 - 49 credits) Students must pass the PRAXIS Physical Education Content Knowledge (5091) and successfully complete and pass with proficiency a skill assessment equivalent to KRS 181 and KRS 182 before admission into program A.
