PUBA 631 - Nonprofit Management Practices and Tools Credits: 3 one 3-credit elective (i.e., PUBA course or outside of PUBA with consent of advisor) PUBA 691 - Certificate Practicum Credits: 3 Note Students wishing to move from the certificate into the MPA (or any other master's degree) must apply for and be formally accepted into the respective master's program. Students may also concurrently enroll in a master's or doctoral degree and the graduate certificate in nonprofit management.
