Art History and Visual Culture

The Master of Arts in Art History and Visual Culture program prepares graduate students for the demands of independent research in art history and to present their results in a variety of public and scholarly venues. It emphasizes an inclusive perspective encompassing a range of media and global cultures and a contextual approach to art. Requires 11 courses plus the qualifying paper sequence (36 credits total).
