Embedded Certificate in Real Estate Brokerage

A. Eligibility: • A "Certificate in Real Estate Brokerage" can be completed by either a business or a non-business major. • Students are eligible when they have completed 45 hours of classes with at least a 2.0 GPA and have taken the appropriate prerequisites. • Students can formally apply to enroll in the certificate program in the Department of Marketing and Real Estate.
