Systems and Policy Certificate is managed as part of the Master of Natural Resources in Conservation and Leadership graduate program. Emphasis on water systems at the regional and global level and decision-making tools for natural resource managers to examine water related issues and the impact of climate change. Provide concepts of theory, policy development, risk assessment, ecology, and management to address the human impacts upon an ever-changing environment.
