Trauma-Informed Care

Ursuline's courses in trauma-informed care (TIC) prepare students for trauma-responsive work across a variety of settings and human service professions, including counseling, nursing, education, psychology, and social work. Students learn to identify signs and symptoms of trauma exposure across the lifespan and to engage with trauma-exposed populations using strategies that promote resilience and healing.
