Safety Management Systems (SMS) implementation is required in practically all aviation organizations throughout the world, and Vaughn College offers the only academically accredited SMS program in the tristate area serving the aviation community. This certificate program addresses both the conceptual basis of SMS and ways to implement SMS principles. The SMS Certificate requires completion of any four of five listed courses to make up the twelve credits necessary.
