Athletic Coaching

This 15-credit certificate program, which can be pursued as a stand-alone certificate or in combination with a MA in Education, is designed for students interested in athletic coaching at the middle school, high school, or collegiate level as well as those who currently serve in such roles. Students learn how to develop a thoughtful leadership ethic and coaching philosophy, foster a positive team culture, and build a program that nurtures athletes' character, wellbeing, and lifelong learning.
