Offered in cooperation with Southwest Virginia Community College, with credits awarded by Virginia Highlands Community College. The Mammography Advanced Studies curriculum is designed to prepare selected students to qualify as contributing members of the allied health interdisciplinary team. Upon completion, the student is eligible to apply to take the National Registry examination leading to advanced certification as a Registered Mammographer by the ARRT.
