All students are required to complete 60 credits and maintain a 3.0 grade point average to be awarded the doctoral degree in counseling, education, and supervision. The core courses include practicum experiences and research activities, and all students complete a dissertation on a topic relevant to counseling practice, counselor education, and/or supervision prior to graduation. The Counselor Education and Supervision Program was approved by the Higher Learning Commission in May of 2018.
