Pastoral Ministries

The purpose of the Pastoral Ministries Degree program is to prepare ministers for a vocation as senior and associate pastors in local congregations. Students demonstrate competence and effectiveness in communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ, become leaders over congregations, discipleship groups and evangelistic teams, and acquire eligibility for elevation within their denominational bureaucracy.
