Facility Maintenance Technology

This Associate in Applied Science program prepares students to maintain building systems, with study in electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, and mechanical equipment as well as safety and maintenance planning. Graduates are prepared for technician and supervisory roles in facility operations.
