Hospitality Business Management

The School of Hospitality Business Management provides specialized instruction dealing with the organizational, managerial, financial, and technical issues of operating hospitality businesses, preparing graduates for managerial responsibilities here and abroad. Students complete courses in general education, business, and hospitality management along with 1,000 hours of industry work experience.
