Hotel and Restaurant Management

The Hotel and Restaurant Management College Certificate program prepares students for immediate employment in the hotel industry. Students will learn about the different departments within the hotel. The areas of front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, facility management, catering and sales will be explored. The course objectives are reached by the use of case analysis, technology, leadership and marketing training.
