Linguistics

This certificate program provides basic training to graduate students of various disciplines or students already with a B.A. degree who want to develop an understanding of how language is structured, acquired and used and/or whose career development would benefit from some background in linguistics. Admission to this program is contingent upon admission to the Graduate School (p. 24).
