Performance majors may specialize in piano, voice, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, saxophone, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, percussion, violin, viola, cello, and double bass. All applicants to the Master of Music in Performance must demonstrate appropriate proficiency in the primary area of specialization via an audition before a panel of School of Music faculty. Audition repertoire should be chosen that allows candidates to demonstrate their current level of achievement.
