Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry offers a major program of study leading to a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry as well as a minor program of study in chemistry. The objectives of course work and programs in this department are to give students a clear insight into the underlying principles of chemical phenomena and to introduce them to the analytical and reasoning skills that produce this insight.
