Advanced Business and Customer Service Technology

This program is only offered at Department of Corrections sites. The Advanced Business and Customer Service Technology (BCST) technical certificate program is designed to introduce the importance of effectively managing time, stress, and change as it relates to work behavior and quality of work with emphasis on skills using word processing software and spreadsheet software through course demonstrations, laboratory exercises, and projects.
